The situation of the Polish household appliances in Poland is improving. Production and demand for employees are on the rise.
In 2017 producers sold almost 6 m large household appliances to retail chains. Electrolux wants to take advantage of this very beneficial market situation. The company is planning to increase employment and production capacities and to introduce new innovative products into the market. Within the next two years the company also aims to invest approx. PLN 50 m in factories in Poland. There are also plans of investing in product research laboratories operating in factories. The industry is afflicted by labour shortages, primarily in the middle segment, including technicians and people with vocational education.

Obniżenie prognoz wzrostu dla amerykańskiej gospodarki przez Fed i późniejsze dojście do celu inflacyjnego osłabiło dolara tylko na kilkanaście godzin. Nie oznacza bowiem wcale, że podwyżki stóp w Stanach w tym roku nie będzie, choć po konferencji Janet Yellen analitycy spodziewają się przesunięcia tego ruchu na wrzesień. Mocny dolar szkodzi amerykańskiej gospodarce, a inne banki centralne osłabiają swoją walutę, obniżając stopy.

Trudny rynek irański szansą dla polskich firm

For six years the customer satisfaction index in Poland has grown by over 17 percentage points to nearly 78 percent, and it currently exceeds the customer satisfaction levels recorded in the USA and the United Kingdom. Service quality and its growing significance among businesses have had a tremendous impact on customer satisfaction. For the eleventh time the Customer Service Quality Star titles have been awarded to entrepreneurs recording the best results in this field.
